At Oloa Samoa, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you accidentally purchased the wrong item from oloasamoa.com.au or oloasamoa.com, we are happy to offer you a full refund within 7 days of
purchase upon receiving the returned product. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team via the 'Contact Us' page for detailed instructions.

Please be aware that we are unable to provide refunds for opened products.
Additionally, discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Kindly note that the customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred for returning goods, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
While we take utmost care in packaging our orders, occasional damage may occur during transit. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds for products damaged due to shipping. All refund and exchange claims are individually assessed, and approved returns will be credited back to the original credit card used for the purchase.
